Origin Of Our Church Name

Word of Life "That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of Life."(1 John 1:1).

Tabernacle " And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people ,and God himself shall be with them and be their God. (Revelation 21:3).

Vision of Word of Life Tabernacle Church

God has called Word of Life Tabernacle Church to raise the standard of Christendom. "Go through, go through, the gates; prepare ye the way of the people; cast up, cast up the highway; gather out the stones; lift up a standard for the people. Behold the LORD hath proclaimed unto the end of the world, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold his reward is with him, and his work before him. And they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of the LORD; and thou shalt be called, Sought out, A city not forsaken." ( Isaiah 62:10-12).

We have been chosen by almighty God " Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit" (John 15:16), to be a beacon of light, " Ye are the light of the world, a city that is set on a hill cannot be hid." (Matthew 5:14), to carry the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world. " But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost. In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord, and ourselves your servants for Jesus sake. For God , who commanded light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ." (II Corinthians 4:3-6).

God has chosen us to be a repairer of the breach " And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, (Isaiah 58:12). The restorer of paths to dwell in," to help restore the spirit of unity and fellowship amongst the Churches of God that has been divided be racial and denominational lines. " Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity."(Psalm 133:1).
